Shut off the CEO brain.
For one full day.
A facilitated breathwork day for founders who've optimized
everything except being present in their own life.
Walk out clearer, calmer, and back into your own self.
Led by Mark Worster, EO member since 2012.
You're crushing it.
But quietly, you're exhausted.
The company's growing. The team's running. The metrics are up.
From the outside, everything looks like it should feel good. From the inside, you can't remember the last time you actually felt anything for more than a minute before the next thing pulled you back in.
And your Forum mates are in the exact same place.
You can hear it underneath what they're saying at meetings.
But nobody quite has the words for it.
Meet the Facilitator
For fifty years, I was “the Happiest Guy in the Room.”
Marine. Registered Nurse. CEO. From the outside, I was running the playbook everyone tells you to run — build companies, sell them, look the part, keep the smile on.
From the inside, I was slowly dying.
By 49, I'd been misdiagnosed bipolar for two decades, was burning through medications that flattened everything, and stood in my bathroom one night with a gun to my head. The only reason I'm here is because I couldn't bear what finding me would do to my kids.
What got me out wasn't another therapist, another pill, or another retreat. It was honestly: breathing.
Specifically, the kind of breathwork that bypasses the part of you that's been performing for forty years and reaches the part of you that's actually still there underneath.
Now I bring that work to Forums like the ones I sat in. Same rooms I came from. Same people.
Just doing the work, we don't quite know how to do on our own.
You breathe in a specific pattern. Your nervous system does the rest.
No chanting. No theory. No one asking you to share your trauma in a circle.
Just facilitated breathwork held by someone who's been in your seat — and results most people can't explain but won't shut up about for weeks afterward.
What the day looks like.
Two ways to bring this into your retreat.
One-Day Intensive
A single facilitated day, anchored by a two sixty-minute breathwork sessions, with proper preparation before and integration after.
Best for Forums adding a high-impact day inside a wider retreat.
Two-Day Immersion
Two facilitated days, several breathwork sessions, with the kind of integration space the work actually deserves.
Facilitated deep dive into resetting your internal programming (the stuff that runs you moment to moment), allowing you to experience complete freedom.
Best for Forums who want this to be the retreat, not sit inside it.

"I really thought this was going to be bullshit."
One of the best testimonials I've ever received came from a Forum in Detroit. Only one of the eight members had done breathwork before. The rest were along for the ride.
I had one of them pegged right away as the skeptic — the know-it-all, the arms-crossed guy, thinks all this stuff is woo.
That evening, making dinner with the group, he turned to me and said:
"I really thought this was going to be bullshit. I just went along because my Forum mates wanted to. But this was fucking awesome."
There's a guy like him in every Forum. This day was created for him.
What Forums Say.
“"This experience helped create a freedom movement from within. It allowed me to experience the calmness and sense of self approval that I needed to feel for myself. This experience helped me get into the subconscious reality of who I am to better define who I'm becoming. I absolutely loved it and found great value in it. I definitely recommend this to anyone who is looking to go deeper within. It was a real experience of self discovery that has forever changed my outlook on life!"
— JC
"Transformative. The experience was a first for me and did not disappoint. It helped me open up to myself. Unconscious feelings were given words and explanations of scenarios and mindsets that I could do something with. There was a lot of forgiveness that I asked for and permission given to myself to live life vs holding back from my relationships and self. I highly recommend you go on this experience so you can better yourself and be the best version that you can be."
— A. S.
"This was one of the most incredible experiences of my life. I felt incredibly safe and relaxed and was able to have such a miraculous experience."

At your retreat. You book the venue, I come to you — wherever in the world that is. I've facilitated in beach houses, ranches, hotel conference rooms, lodges. The space matters less than people think.

They don't have to. The Detroit guy above is the rule, not the exception — and even if someone sits a session out, the day still works for the rest of the Forum.
-
Yes, for healthy adults. I screen every participant beforehand for a short list of contraindications (certain cardiovascular conditions, pregnancy, recent surgery). I'm also a Registered Nurse, so the medical side is handled. Nothing happens that hasn't been prepared for.

Complete a short, easy preparation process I created to maximize our time together, and a light meal the morning of. That's it.

No substances, no sitting still for hours. Breathwork is its own modality — you do the work yourself, with your own breath, in a fraction of the time. Most people describe it as somewhere between deep meditation and a journey, without leaving the room.
