Sacred Journey Breathwork is a powerful tool for deep transformation. We will work with different forms of Conscious Breathwork in order to enter trance states; allowing a journey that opens space for healing, realization and divine connection.

The Process
In this process we will look at where we come from and who we are now, in order to start to define where we are going on a spiritual level. This process of developing a meaningful spirituality that is rooted in ancient traditions and direct personal experience is challenging, because visceral belief needs to be present for spiritual practice to be convincing and compelling.
